Meirion Cottage is a 2 bedroom house, perfect for families or couples. King size bed and either 2 singles or another kingsize in the second bedroom. Nicely furnished with a dedicated dining area and an outdoor seating area. Good location for access to Conwy, Llandudno and Snowdonia. This is a nicely presented house with a well equipped kitchen, separate living room (with smart TV), dining room and kitchen. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Please let us know if you would like the beds in the second room set up as a king size or 2 singles. There is an outdoor seating area to the rear of the house. 1 dog is welcome and wifi speed typically 70Mbps.
Pentre Bach is a gem of a house, wonderfully furnished and with all the facilities you'd need for a great holiday. A master bedroom with ensuite dressing room and bathroom, four further bedrooms, a large conservatory, 2 lounges, patio, enclosed garden, parking for 5 cars and an EV charge point (Pod Point Solo 3 7KW Tethered Charger, Type 2 socket). There's not much more you could ask for. The ground floor has 2 lounges (largest one with a gas fire), a dining room, the kitchen-diner with Aga oven and induction hob, utility room, downstairs loo and conservatory. The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on the first floor, king size bed in the master bedroom and doubles in the other 4 rooms. There is plenty of space inside and outside of the phouse. The kitchen-diner opens onto the patio (including garden furniture) and then the enclosed and well maintained garden. The house has wifi and EV charge point (please contact us to arrange this, £35 fee for the week). This house does not accept pets.
