Second Floor: 5 x king-size double, 2 x shower rooms with shower, basin and WC, 1 x separate WC. Kitchen with dining area (seats 24) plus breakfast bar (seats 4). Utility. Awel Fryn is an excellent base for your next stay in North Wales. The house sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), there is a ground-floor bathroom (bath with shower over) and an additional shower room on the first floor. An enclosed rear garden with patio seating, a small, decked area and an environmentally friendly meadow-style lawn offer some sea views and a lovely spot to relax after a day at the beach or visiting the many castles and National Trust properties. There are also sea views from the lounge and both double rooms. The house has off-road parking for two cars. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are included in the rental. Please note that this is a no-smoking property, and Sorry, No Pets are allowed.
