Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas AGA, induction hob, washing machine in shared utility, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Hairdryer in each bedroom. Off-road parking for 3 cars and bike storage. Shared courtyard garden area with lawn and patio. Sorry, strictly no pets and no smoking. Pub and shop within 0.1 miles. Note: Low head-height access to single bedroom. Note: Steep staircase with a vertical handrail, not suitable for the less mobile. Note: Stone and wooden flooring throughout so indoor footwear desirable. Note: The property looks out onto a churchyard at the rear.
