Shared garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome for a £25 fee. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.4 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 0.4 miles. Note: Guests to bring their own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels, alternatively if you would like a bedding/towel service, please call Miranda Evans on 07854641517 (This is an independent service supplied by a third party but recognised and verified by Abersoch Quality Homes). Note: Guests have access to on-site facilities, including a laundrette with a washing machine and tumble dryer that take £1 coins and cost £3 per wash, a hosepipe and tap in a neighbouring field to rinse off wetsuits and dogs, along with a Play Barn area, games room, badminton and table tennis. Two electrical charging points for vehicles are available at Ty'n Don (payable via app). Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200
