Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, DVD player, WiFi, DVD's selection of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. One complimentary basket of fuel for the wood burning stove. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking and additional layby available on a first come, first served basis. Front patio with seating, enclosed rear yard. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only), additional dogs by prior arrangement. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 min walk. Please contact the owner prior to your arrival for use of the shed.
