Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed private garden with furniture and hot tub as well as access to shared garden, kids play area. Two well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £30 per pet, per holiday - On occasion, the owner may accept a 3rd dog can attend at a further £40 charge, but please contact us to discuss this request. Please Note: The owner allows charging of an electric car from a 3 pin socket in the house at an additional charge of £25 per day. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 20 minute walk. Pub 4 miles.
