Oil central heating and wood burning stove. AGA cooking range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility. TV with Freeview, DVD player, Wifi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Patio and garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Additional dogs may be accepted - please enquire beforehand. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 min walk. Note: As the cottage is part of the owners small holding there are horses, cats and chickens around so please keep dogs under control at all times. Note: The owners also have a very small camping field close by but this in no way detracts from cottages and its facilities. Note: Check in 4pm.Location Map
