Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books and games, CD/radio, Bluetooth speaker. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Ample off road parking in communal parking area. Rear patio with table and chairs. Two well-behaved dog/pets welcome (not in bedrooms please). Sorry, no smoking. Golf and beach 20 mins walk. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Off road parking is approximately 50m from the apartment.
