Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: Cottage is accessed up a steep, narrow lane. Note: Limited mobile phone service. Note: The upper garden is enclosed but there are some sharp-edged steps and drops behind perimeter fences in the lower garden, children to be supervised. The Villa is in a superb location and Harlech is a lovely, picturesque, small yet busy town. The scenery around the area and the views were stunning; there are wonderful beaches both at Harlech and further down the coast.

The cottage was plenty big enough and had sufficient suitable amenities for our family. There was plenty of walking outside the property with spectacular views on offer. Definitely a place I would return to.

Fantastic house with amazing views. The pictures do not do this house or the views justice. The house had everything you could think of to make your stay a very good one. Very clean and the location was great. Close to visit the local area and the beaches were beautiful. Dog friendly and the next door neighbour was a lovely guy. The local people were very friendly and I would highly recommend the villa.

The location was great in the middle of Harlech. The house was very clean and tidy and had a superb view, even with the crane! Having 3 toilets was great. All very nice, we would go again, in fact already looked for a week in July, but unfortunately it has already been booked - you will have to be quick for a nice house like this one.

The cottage was wonderful. The villa has a lovely situation at the top of a hill overlooking Harlech Castle and the shoreline, was lovely waking up to that each day. We couldn't have asked for better accommodation or a better holiday!

The house was perfect for a family holiday, we were also fortunate with the perfect weather and the town of Harlech had plenty of facilities for us. The views from the house were spectacular as were the sunsets.

This house was absolutely lovely. It is in walking distance from the lovely town and castle, excellent restaurants and friendly neighbours. The beach is huge, sandy and deserted, with the mountains in the background.The beach slopes very gently so seemed quite safe and half is dog free the other half dog friendly, so ideal for both. Would thoroughly recommend.

The Villa was ideally placed to enjoy a variety of activities for adults and children: local walking, cycling, driving through Snowdonia, beaches, outdoor dining and of course the Castle. Although it was not part of the package, we were delighted with the weather - sunshine every day and not a drop of rain all week. All in all, a most enjoyable holiday.

The views from the Villa were amazing, especially from the lounge area which overlooked the castle, the beach, the bay and across the bay to Criccieth. The accommodation itself could not be improved. All the rooms were beautifully furnished, and it had a perfect location, with shops, cafes, restaurants and a pub all within walking distance.

The views from the property are spectacular. The property is in close proximity to Harlech town centre, where we found some lovely restaurants and cafe's. The beach nearby is huge, you would need at least a couple of hours to walk the length of it, so great for lively dogs and children!
