It's a semi-detached farmhouse with four bedrooms situated within the Snowdonia National Park that offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Dinas is a perfect base for exploring the region of North Wales and everything it has to offer. The cottage is set out across two levels, with the ground floor comprising of a lounge-diner featuring a log burner, two leather sofas, a flat screen TV, and a dining table that can seat five individuals. Furthermore, there is an additional lounge that comes with a sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and all the necessary utensils, cutlery, and kitchenware. Additionally, there is a small table in the kitchen that can accommodate four people. The cottage also has a separate utility room that is furnished with a washing machine and a sink. On the first floor are the bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 is a twin (a third bedroom is available if required it has a small single bed 2' 6" wide but the maximum number of guests permitted is 4). There is also a small nursery room which has has a standalone cot for an additional infant. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it, WC and washbasin. Dinas has WiFi internet connection, enclosed garden with garden furniture, bed linen is provided and logs can be supplied for the log burner from the owner at a small cost. Penrhyndeudreath is a village in the county of Gywnedd and the home of the popular Italianate village of Portmeirion. Located in the Snowdonia National Park, the village is home to around 2000 people and is noted for its beaches. This is a peaceful location with views of the local mountain ranges of Snowdonia. The seaside town of Porthmadog is a short drive away as is the spectacular and unique Portmeirion. In the other direction is the town of Bleanau Ffestiniog with a number of attractions including Zip World, Antur Stiniog down hill cycling track and Bounce Below.
