Set on a working farm of 220 acres, just 3.5 miles from Bala with its cafes, pubs, shops, swimming pool, and Wales’s largest natural lake. Enjoy boating, stroll around the lake or ride on the steam railway. For the more adventurous there’s the National White Water Centre, Zip World Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog, King Arthur’s Labyrinth and the mountain bike trail centre at Coed y Brenin, all within 30 miles, or spend days on the St David’s Golf Course, just 5 miles away. Being in Southern Snowdonia you can enjoy a plethora of footpaths and cycle routes, superb fishing, varied activities and events alongside the breathtaking scenery. There is something for everyone here.A spacious property filled with natural light and fabulous views from every window. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher creating a lovely space to rustle up a meal – why not open the feature door and let the outside in? When ready, head through to the lounge/diner and enjoy your meal at the dining table with views over the patio garden and beyond. After a full day out, relax on the sofa to enjoy your favourite programmes on TV and plan your holiday activities. You will also find a wet room on this floor with a shower and WC. When ready for bed, head upstairs to the bedroom and the bathroom. Enjoy a soak in the bathroom with a bath and WC. The bedroom has a double bed and superb views to wake up to.
