3 Marina View is a semi-detached townhouse in Pwllheli with its living space upstairs, which is the right way round here. The first floor holds an open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area opening onto a balcony, so the light and the outlook come to you while you cook and eat.

Both bedrooms are on the ground floor. One is a double, the other a family room with adult bunks and a single bed, and it has its own shower, basin and WC. A second shower room sits on the first floor beside the living space. Gas central heating runs through the house, and the kitchen has an electric oven with a gas hob, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and a washer/dryer, which earns its place on a family stay with wet coats to deal with. There is a TV and WiFi.

Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and parking is provided for one car in a private car park. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. A shop and a pub are both a two minute walk, so bread, milk and a drink out are all within reach of slippers, near enough. A railway station is close by too, which makes arriving without a car a genuine option. The balcony, the ground floor bedrooms and that very short walk to the shops are what make this one work day to day.
