Delfryd is a reverse-level cottage in Y Felinheli, with the two bedrooms and the bathroom downstairs and the living space up above. A double and a twin share the ground floor, and the bathroom there has a bath with a shower over it. Upstairs, kitchen, dining table and sitting area run together into one room that opens onto a private balcony, and that is the whole point of building a house this way round.

The balcony is furnished, so it functions as a second sitting room whenever the weather allows, and there is a shared lawn and patio at the rear for anyone who wants grass underfoot. Allocated parking is provided for one car.

The kitchen has an electric oven with a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher and a washer dryer, enough to cook properly through a week rather than eat out every night.
