Oil central heating with log burning stove. Electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, shared washing machine and freezer, flat screen TV, DVD, Wi-Fi. Fuel and power included in rent. Car charging excluded. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Cot, highchair and stair gate available on request when booking. Ample parking for 2 cars and a boat. Gravelled patio area to the front with garden furniture and a large lawn. Two well behaved dogs are welcome (additional charge applies). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 0.5-mile, coast 0.3 miles. Note: Good Housekeeping Bond of £75 for dogs. Note: Dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times due to grazing stock. Note: Dogs must be kept to the non carpeted areas of the house. Note: Please bring own beach towels and cot linen. Note: Logs are available locally. Note: The garden is shared with the farmer and his family however, they don't use it very often. Note: The farmer's wife offers use of her washing machine and chest freezer in her utility room
