Night storage heating with woodburning stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, Wasing Machine and Dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, DVD, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent excluding Car Charging. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. One reserved parking space in village car park, 150 yards from cottage and more spaces to be paid on daily basis. Terrace with garden table and 7 chairs are provided and secure gate leads to steep wooded valley. One well behaved pet is welcome (additional charge applies). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 15 mins walk, coast 2 mins walk. Note: The last 50 yards of the 150 yard walk from the car park to the house is very steep, narrow and windy but worth it for the glorious views and tranquil location. Note: Unloading at the property is permitted but best to reverse up the hill to the entrance. Note: Pet is to remain in the open plan room and is not allowed on any soft furnishings or carpets. Note: Please bring your own beach towels and cot linen. Note: Steps leading from the garden do not have a handrail and are even, please take care
