Rodney also welcomes dogs; with a private space dogs can enjoy, it’s the ideal retreat for all the family. This stunning barn conversion is all on one level, making the property accessible with wide doors, walk-in wet rooms and step-free access. Rodney is bright and airy by day, and by night, perfect for cosy evenings around the wood burner. Based in Johnston, the wonderful village is surrounded by countryside. For beach days, “The Havens” are nearby. Choose from Little Haven, Broad Haven, or Nolton Haven – all offering a different kind of beach day. Try horse riding on Nolton Haven, surfing on Broad Haven or walking along the gorgeous coastal path in Little Haven. If you prefer lazy days on the beach, there are miles to choose from. Milford Haven and its bustling marina are also nearby, with a selection of bars and restaurants to choose from and plenty to keep little ones busy. Johnston village has several pubs, shops, cash point, post office, chemist, buses and even a local train station if you plan to arrive via public transport. There is also a traditional fish and chip shop as well as a Chinese take away. Lavington is a beautiful and charming cottage, centrally located in Pembrokeshire, midway between Haverfordwest and Milford Haven. St Davids also makes a great day out while Broad Haven and Little Haven on St Brides Bay is a must-see with some of Pembrokeshire's most stunning views. Walk the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and enjoy the sea air. There are numerous beaches just a short drive away, and a myriad of hidden watery gems to discover along the Cleddau estuary.
