Description

A delightful semi-detached cottage within walking distance, from the beautiful harbour at Porthgain. Set in the pretty hamlet of Llanrhian, you can walk down the lane, approximately one mile, to the Pembrokeshire coast, with a fabulous pub, restaurant and even an art gallery at Porthgain. The coastal path runs nearby offering stunning walks to Abereiddy, with its renowned blue lagoon and beach, and also Traeth Llyfn with steps right down to the sandy beach, which is a short drive away. St Davids, the UK's smallest city, with breath-taking cathedral, bishop’s palace, tea rooms and good range of independent shops is a little further away and the perfect day out for all ages.

Enter the porch where you can kick off your walking boots and through to the contemporary open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The welcoming lounge has comfy sofa and chairs and TV/DVD, perfect to relax with a cup of tea and a good book. Thoughtful touches throughout, making this the perfect venue for couples and families, looking for a special retreat to unwind in after a day of exploration. The stylish kitchen is very well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. This is an extremely social space, with a breakfast bar where you can sit and chat as a hearty meal is being prepared. The dining area leads to the rear decked garden, offering very pleasant rural views. Upstairs on the first floor, is the light and airy sleeping accommodation which comprises of a master king-size bedroom and a double bedroom, with stunning rural views. Both bedrooms have bed linen and towels provided. The bathroom with shower over bath and WC is also on the first floor.

Outside there is an enclosed rear decked area with ample seating and garden furniture. This private space is an absolute sun trap and looks out over the beautiful, open fields. There is private parking for two cars to the fore.
