Enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Wheelchair access and wide doors, suitable for less mobile. Note: Shower is wet-room style but has a small lip to step over. Note: Next to A road. Note: Natural pond in grounds of the smallholding, children to be supervised.
