The popular village of Narberth is just 4 miles away where you ll find an excellent selection of boutique shops and independent cafes bars and restaurants. Llys-y-Fran can be reached in 8 miles and is popular year-round with those who like hiking cycling and other outdoor pursuits. The Preseli Hills can be reached under 10 miles a must in Pembrokeshire if you love the outdoors. Oakwood Theme Park and Folly Farm can be reached in under 8 miles if you want a fun day out with the family or if a day by the seaside is more your thing head 9 miles to Amroth with its large stretch of sand and pebble beach. Enter the property into the cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a traditional slate floor throughout. The lounge benefits from a wood burner perfect for the cooler evenings and a smart TV to watch all your favourite films and TV programmes. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and is a comfortable light and airy space. The second bedroom has twin beds ideal for children or adults who prefer not to share. Completing the first floor is a contemporary shower room with a freestanding shower sink and WC. To the rear of the property there is an enclosed gravelled courtyard garden with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating provided. It s an excellent space to enjoy a meal al fresco with your friends or family and make the most of the warmer evenings. There is off-road parking available for two cars on the farmyard.
