Large patio area with large picnic table and seating for eight, steps to large lawn with two further benches. One well behaved dog welcome (additional charge applies). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk, coast, 10 mins walk. Note: Space limited in ground floor double bedroom so ideal for one guest. Note: Please bring own beach towels and cot linen. Note: The large garden is enclosed but we cannot guarantee it is dog or child proof. Note: The patio at the back is partially shared with a neighbouring property, but is fenced off for privacy and Brynawelon guests have exclusive use of the garden. Note: Parking in nearby Pay & Display car park. Note: No washing machine at the property but there is a handy launderette in Newport
