Highchair and cot available on request. Off-road parking for three cars. Large decked terrace with two dining tables and chairs, a sunken hot tub and changing room and a summerhouse with seating. Two pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop 2.1 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: There are differing levels in the garden with some unsecured steps and drops outdoor area may not be suitable for small children without full adult supervision.Please Note: During the winter months from 1st November - 31st March there will be an extra charge of £100 for the use of the hot tub. If you do require to use the hot tub during your stay please contact Sykes Cottages on 01244 345700 to make the payment.
All bookings between 1st April - 31st October the cost for using the hot tub is included in the rental.
