As you enter the property you are welcomed into a spacious hallway with room for your boots and coats. The lounge can be found to the right as you come in and benefits from a large corner sofa centred around the TV with a Freeview package. Further down the hall you will find the family kitchen diner with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave plus a good selection of cooking utensils and crockery to prepare a meal or picnic to take on your travels. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and is a good place to enjoy a meal or a board game with family and relax. Completing the ground floor is a convenient cloakroom with WC. If you head downstairs to the basement you will find the games room complete with a pool table. Sofas and extra seating are provided here so the family can enjoy the space and have fun together. The property is situated in the centre of Pembroke at the front on a quiet cul-de-sac of a side road and at the back overlooking the Mill Pond and Pembroke Castle. Pembroke has a popular high street with an array of independent shops bars and restaurants. If you like history why not visit the castle - the birthplace of Henry VII. The castle overlooks a beautiful mill pond where boats can be hired if you wish to spend a leisurely afternoon rowing around. If you like the coast - Pembroke is a fantastic base to explore the many beautiful South Pembrokeshire beaches on offer. Freshwater East can be reached in under 4 miles or Barafundle Bay can be reached in 5 miles - a must see in Pembrokeshire. The coastal path itself is just yards from the property skirting the Castle. As you enter the property you are welcomed into a large tiled hallway with convenient space for coats and boots. To the left is the lounge which has two large sofas to sit you comfortably around the Smart TV. Curl up in this cosy lounge in the evenings and stream your favourite movies or television shows after a long day exploring the county. Down the hall you will find an open-plan kitchen/diner with spectacular views over Pembroke Castle and mill pond home to otters and swans. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven American style fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher plus enough kitchen equipment and utensils to whip up a hearty meal for the family. Upstairs on the first floor you will find three bedrooms plus a family bathroom. The first is a king size bedroom which enjoys views over the mill pond the second has a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) and the third room is a bunk bedroom - perfect for families. All rooms have ample storage for clothes and belongings. The family bathroom has a bath separate shower and WC. There is a washer-dryer in the airing cupboard on the first floor. New for 2023 the lower floor of the house has been restored and now features a annexe which can be accessed via steep stairs down from the hall way. The Old Annexe area has a open plan living room dining area and kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a king-size bedroom (accessed via steps) with shower room WHB and WC. The door of the annexe opens out onto a unenclosed area by the popular Watermans Arms pub and has access to the Millpond where you may catch a glimpse of nature. There are table and chairs for sitting out in the sunshine. Although the main part of the building has no allocated outside space there are walks around the mill pond and places to enjoy a picnic and parks and green space are available within a mile of the property. There is on street parking subject to availability and a nearby car park. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 1 double bed downstairs in the annexe, upstairs 1 super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request), 1 king size and 1 bunk bedroom. 1 bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower and WC, the annexe contains its own shower room with WHB and WC. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The annexe contains its own kitchen with fridge/freezer and microwave.
