Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine. Smart TV and WiFi. Shared games room with pool table, table tennis and table football. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Parking in car park on a first-come, first-served basis with further parking in a nearby pay and display car park. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 mile. Note: Guests have access to an on-site spa with hot tub, sauna, steam room, and plunge pool. Note: the spa facilities is shared on a first come first served basis please be considerate to others whilst using them. Note: Games room is open till 10pm, please be considerate to others whilst using it. Note: We also have onsite spa facilities including a hot tub and sauna, these facilities can be used daily between the hours of 10am and 9pm, with the exception of Tuesdays when it is closed for cleaning and maintenance. Note: The Spa is strictly for over 18's. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am
