TV with Freeview, DVD, CD Player, Radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach/pool towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front private lawned garden with furniture and shared lawned grounds with barbecues, crazy golf, tennis courts and childrens' play area. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, this is bookable in 1hr slots and must be booked 24hrs in advance. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.4 miles. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead outdoors. Note: Parking is in private car park 20 yards from property, with loading/unloading outside cottage.
