This spacious family home is in the rural village of St Ishmaels, 6.5 miles from the harbour town of Milford Haven. The property sleeps seven guests and has a sociable, open-plan layout and an enclosed garden that’s ideal for children and canine companions. You’ll be close to some fabulous beaches, including the hidden gem of Lidsway Bay (1.5 miles), which is only accessible via the coast path. The stylish holiday home is bright and airy, with an open-plan layout and vibrant pops of colour in the soft furnishings and accessories. The sociable lounge/kitchen/diner has comfortable leather sofas to recline on after a busy day, as well as a Smart TV and a roaring wood burner. Patio doors open from here to the garden, extending the social space further in summer months. The colourful kitchen area is a joy to cook in, with everything needed to cater for a large group and a table to seat everyone. Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room. The property has three inviting bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. A stylish shower room completes the accommodation. The enclosed garden has a Mediterranean style, with a veranda with outdoor furniture leading to a series of raised, gravel areas with additional seating. A large chalk board will keep little ones entertained, and there’s also a plinth for use with disposable BBQs. Finally, an outdoor shower allows you to wash sandy boots and paws after a day at the beach. The harbour town of Milford Haven has a bustling marina that’s packed with independent restaurants, cafes, shops, and galleries – it’s the perfect place to while away a few hours, whilst admiring the boats bobbing in the water. There’s also a popular activity centre for those wishing to get out and explore via kayak or paddleboard. The charming coastal village of Dale (3.5 miles) is also well worth a visit, with its friendly Welsh pubs and dramatic coast paths. For a traditional day at the seaside, head to the family favourite of Marloes Sands (4.5 miles).
