The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and two dishwashers, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for eighteen guests, a sitting room with TV, a second-floor sitting room and two second-floor games rooms. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, three king-size, two twins, and two family rooms, some with en-suites, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with a gravelled area, patio, day kennels, furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, within 0.3 miles a pub and within 2 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcomed but sorry, no smoking or vaping. WiFi, fuel, power bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Teifi Villa as an impressive abode, perfect for a family escape to Mid Wales.
