In the heart of the Tenby you ll be spoilt for choice with independent shops bars restaurants and cafes. North Beach can be reached in just 400 metres with its vast expanse of golden sand looking across to the iconic Tenby Harbour. Boat trips run daily throughout the main season from the harbour to Caldey Island where you can spend the day on its secluded beach. If you fancy a change of scenery why not try one of the local attractions such as Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo (6.5 miles) or Heatherton World of Activities (3.5 miles). The property is accessed via a communal hallway and there is a lift up to the first floor. As you enter the apartment there is a generously sized hallway with space to store coats and shoes. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is directly ahead and benefits from large windows and patio doors that allow plenty of light to flood in. This also leads out to the decked terrace. The lounge area enjoys two comfy sofas and a Smart TV where you can enjoy your favourite programmes and movies in the evening as you unwind after a fun day at the beach. There is a large dining table with ample space to enjoy a night of board games or your fish and chips takeaway. The kitchen has been conveniently equipped with an electric oven and induction hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher plus all your basic cookware for the induction hob and utensils to rustle up a hearty breakfast to start your day or light evening supper. Adjacent to the lounge is the first bedroom a good-sized double room with storage. The second bedroom is a twin room with two standard-size single beds and an en-suite shower room with a shower cubicle and WC. Completing the layout is a contemporary family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Externally the apartment benefits from a cosy balcony terrace with decking and bistro chairs with views of the town walls and St Mary s spire. Every Summer the centre of Tenby is mainly a vehicle-free zone. The Walled Town is pedestrianised between 11am 5.30pm each day from the 1st Monday in July to the 2nd Friday in September.
