Adain is a self-contained part of a large traditional Welsh farmhouse on a livestock farm in the beautiful countryside of north Pembrokeshire. It is a spacious holiday home with a large lawn for picnics and playing, perfect for families or small groups. Inside, the open-beamed kitchen, exposed arched Bluestone lintels and cosy log burner make it warmly welcoming all year round. Chickens range around the farm, sheep and cattle can be seen in the fields with the Preseli Hills forming a backdrop. Nearby, the Dyfed Riding Centre and Crosswell Horse Agency offer treks for all ages and the Dyfed Shire Horse Farm (10 minutes) is very popular for a family day out. The moorland slopes of the Preseli Hills beckon for countryside walks and exploring. The Pembrokeshire coast is within a 20 minute drive: walk the Coast Path, play on the sandy beaches of Newport and Poppit or dive in and try coasteering, sea kayaking or take a boat trip to spot the beautiful wildlife, bottlenose dolphins and seals. Two old market towns, Cardigan (15 minutes) and Newcastle Emlyn (30 minutes) are nearby. Each has shops, cafes, pubs and a castle, offering a taste of Welsh life and a laid-back atmosphere.
