Within 1 mile is the bustle of Hay-on-Wye, where you can explore several galleries, sample local produce at the weekly market or discover Hay Castle ruins. On your doorstep is an array of birdlife and other wildlife observable up close from an elevated position in the woods. Walking enthusiasts are spoilt for choice with paths including The Wye Valley Walk, Offa's Dyke Path, and the Black Mountains all nearby. Three bedrooms, a double, twin (with sloping ceilings) and a twin which can be made into a king-size, continue the tranquil tree-lined horizon with windows perfectly situated for spotting the foxes and badgers in the woods. A generously sized family shower room with WC is perfect for unwinding after a day exploring and completes the property.

 

A veranda accessed from the kitchen is ideal for relaxing among the trees as you enjoy a homecooked meal or evening drinks. Enjoy a BBQ and draw out the warmer evenings in this sociable space. There is no need to sacrifice creature comforts in the woods as a shared washing and drying facility lies nearby. Ample off-road parking surrounds the property.
