Private lawned garden with raised decking, furniture, and barbecue. Shared use of owner's outdoor heated swimming pool (available June-Aug inc.). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5, pub 1.6 miles. Note: First-floor bedroom accessed via steep stairs with limited headroom - not suitable for less mobile or very young guests. Note: Children must be supervised around the swimming pool. Note: Guests must bring their own fuel for the woodburning stove. Note: There is a WiFi hotspot in the parking area
