Rounding off this level is a handy utility room. Upstairs, discover two tranquil bedrooms – a king-size and a twin – both with en-suite shower rooms. Please note, these rooms are set in the eaves, with restricted head height in some areas. Outside, the enclosed garden is a highlight, with a lovely patio area, outdoor dining table and chairs, BBQ, and a large lawn – perfect for children to play safely. For those who enjoy outdoor adventures, there's a locked storage area for bikes, and with three private parking spaces, there's plenty of room for the whole family to come and go with ease.
